Terms of Payment
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Any deficiency resulting from the conversion of currency into U.S. Dollars is the responsibility of the customer. 100% T/T for stock items before shipping. Some advance payment and balance against before shipping for indent.

Warranty Terms
1-Year-Warranty. TLU Automation Limited warrants to Customer that all hardware Products sold by TLU are covered by TLU Replacement Warranty during the warranty period.
The warranty period begins to run on the date the product is shipped to the customer (the invoice date).

Return Policy
Customer may return most defective Products to TLU within the warranty period specified in the Warranty Terms section of the present Terms and receive, at TLU's option, replacement or refund. All Products must be returned entirely complete, including all original manufacturer’s boxes, packing materials, manuals, cables, and any other accessories provided by TLU in the original shipment. TLU reserves the right to refuse the return of incomplete Products.
